Plastic mounts bent over time, causing the shelf and projector to fall to the ground.

It does the job but it's extremely lightweight and feels pretty flimsy. It's working for what we need it to though. Get you some better quality drywall anchors, don't use the cheap garbage ones included in this kit.

This is very nice looking and perfect for a projector. Provides good ventilation and a place to run the wires, it was larger than I expected and I ended up switching with a plain shelf because of the limited space I had to put it, but I would have preferred to keep this one if I had space on the wall for it.

During the process of mounting the self to my wall, I ended up crushing one of the wall hangers just trying to hammer it into the wall after drilling. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement. The wall mount itself does its job well. It holds my small projector and Nintendo Switch just fine. I haven’t had any incidents yet. If you’re looking to mount a projector to your wall, this is a good choice—though I suggest you stick to smaller projectors.

The seller claims it holds 10lbs, but the instructions say that if you don't screw it into the wall it will "fall easily!!". This isn't something mentioned in the very short instructional video on Amazon. I had to buy a screw driver... only to realize that the screw was very short. I'm not sure it will hold, so I'm probably just going to return it, as I can't figure out whether it's even possible to safely mount this on drywall. If it can't be mounted on drywall with the provided screws, that should me made clear on Amazon.
