I like this rocking leg stretcher. I keep it next to my recliner and can use it while I’m watching tv. Very convenient and easy to use.

This foot rocker device is awesome. I stretch every day in countless ways and my calves are always tight. I was skeptical of this, but it does make a difference. I told my physical therapist about this and she too was skeptical. I brought it in for her to try and she was impressed. I just wish I could find a hinged version that could fold to travel in a airline suitcase.

Using this before a run has been a game-changer for me in terms of injury prevention. By warming up and loosening the muscles and ligaments in my feet and ankles, I've noticed a significant reduction in stiffness and soreness during and after my runs. Plus, the improved flexibility has helped me maintain proper form and stride length, leading to better overall performance.

Quality is good! Works well. I have right ankles and calves and recently got back into riding. This has helped keep my heels down by stretching the muscles!

I feel like I'm a great spokesman for this product. I got in a major car wreck 7 months prior to this review!I broke my ankle as one of the multiple body parts in my body. However, due to other parts of my leg being broken I did not walk for 3 months on my right leg. The scar tissue in my ankle became a full rock (at least that's what it felt like to me!)Physical Therapy helps and is the best case scenario, but through insurance I had to stop for the remainder of the calendar year in 2023! Do not get me wrong on two things: A professional beats out anything on Amazon and this item likely won't help your problem as a sole resolution depending on the severity. HOWEVERThis inexpensive tool has helped tremendously in reducing the pain in my Achilles and improving my flexibility. Nothing I have tried has worked as well as this item!Depending on your need, this item is worth a try! I use it 3 times minimum for 5 minutes every day.

Esperaba algo mejor, no me fije que era para a un solo pie, me hubiera gustado mas para los 2, no siento mucho el ejercicio así solo tienes que ponerle un poco de peso con mancuernas
