Don't buy this!!! Unless you have a Ram Charger and have no other choice!!!!This is about as cheaply made as is humanly possible. The pins are thin strips of conductor, braded over at the ends, to form the contacts. They bend or snap off at the slightest sideways pressure. Like the pressure exerted when the wire is connected to the cap. It is also too large for the engine. One must form a rounded area in the firewall before installing this. GO for the HEI cap and external coil. If you do buy this, because it is the only one around with a built in coil made for converting a Distributor system in a Ram Charger, then go ahead and soldier all the tip and put epoxy on the inside, in the hole of each pin. Otherwise the pins will come out or just break off. If you have any other choice, don't buy this junk! Proform should be ashamed of itself. This cap is most likely made in China, without any quality control what so ever, or this is what quality they are happy with.
