Used it for a month, and the canvas caved in at the area of contact. It still works, except that it has acquired a concave shape due to deformity through repeated contact. It is worth caveating I punched it with maximum force, and am undergoing Karate training. It may be better suited for females who exert lighter pressure.

Sturdy and well made with plenty of punching area. Drill my own holes to mount it on a 4x4 stud in my garage. Feels good even when hitting hard. Good for ego especially when your still developing as a martial artist. Would recommend. Dragon looks cool too!
