I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. It works well but you will need some training on how to produce sound in order for it to work properly. Other than that it’s a great beginner horn for someone learning the instrument.

Literally this silenced my trumpet so well without compromising a lot of the tone. It’s great for me to fiddle around and learn more without scaring the cats in my house. I’m also a fan of the mouthpiece, it’s pretty sturdy and a bit wider than my current so it’s a pretty good learner MP. I’d recommend!
