If I'm going to buy a plastic Trumpet that doesn't work. I'm not paying $60 for it, $15 the most it's a toy .

But not in the way one might think. If you’re an experienced player with good embouchure and breath control who just wants a pickup instrument to play in with a group who only has tonic parts this may work for you. The slots are narrow in this instrument and would offer a reason to quit if given to a beginner. Any experienced player will have a mouthpiece which makes playing possible. The plastic mouthpieces may work at -10 degrees, but I didn’t try that.

Nice for the price. Being a “c” trumpet means you can use it with sheet music for guitar, piano, etc..

Lieferung und Kaufabwicklung waren gut.Leider ist das Produkt NICHT gut.Ich habe eine Pampet C Trompete aus transparentem Plastik. Die ist gut.Aber diese schwarze Plastiktrompete ist Müll. Ich spiele Trompete. Aber auch mit einem guten Mundstück ist es nicht möglich, einen sauberen Ton zu erzeugen. Also: das ist wirklich nur Deko.

Using your normal mouthpiece, the sound is decent. Maybe the upper range is limited, but if you need to travel and want to keep practicing, it is decent. It saves me risking my good horn and allows me to continuing to practicing. You’re either climbing the mountain or sliding back down. It even comes with replacement valves! Lightweight and nice travel case.

My first plastic trumpet, which isn’t surprising. Valves are a little sticky even after oiling with the good stuff. But not horribly so. Which is to say, I doubt you’ll find better at this price point. Slider on the third valve is a little loose. Might have to tape it in place. Other than that, plays and sounds great. I got this to replace a similarly priced metallic C trumpet I got a number of years ago. The lever on the spit valve broke in half on that one. This plastic is definitely going to be stronger than the crappy Chinese pot metal used on some parts of cheap metallic trumpets.This trumpet is light, sleekly black, of good quality for the price, and I have no hesitation recommending it as probably the best bang for buck you can get in a trumpet.

I have not picked up my Bb trumpet in 20 years, and thought it might be fun to jam with some family on Christmas. They play violin, bass and piano. I figured a C trumpet would make it easy to play off their sheet music without transposing, and I only wanted to drop a few bucks on this. I was really surprised that this thing not only works, but it sounds pretty decent! The quality is even better with a metal mouthpiece rather than the included plastic ones. Definitely buy this!
