Bought this to replace an older unit from Brookstone. This one is much better -- much faster rotation to cycle through the ties. The hooks for the ties are wider, too.

My wife got me this for Father's day. It works great and last a few years without needing a battery change. It was a little hard to install because my closet rod was considerably narrower than the opening in the Tie Rack so getting it to really secure took some effort. It would work great in most closets though as I've bought them for friends and family since with no issues. It's still not quite one size fits all though.

I purchased this for my 22 year old son, who is a certified math teacher. He organizes his weekly clothes every Sunday night. Using this motorized tie rack has been a game changer and time saver. The product is well made and holds many ties in an organized and neat fashion. The motorized feature allows him to see all his ties in a snap. This is his second one and we love this product. A must buy if you have a lot of ties!!!

My husband has a ton of ties, so we were excited to try this product. It is great to have all of the ties in one organized place, but the tabs that the ties hang on are cheap and feel like they could easily snap off. It is also weird to mount on our clothes rack, and doesn't sit as well as I hoped it would. The buttons are funny because you push the direction button and then have to hit the power button to make it stop. We wished that you could just hold down the direction button and then let go when you wanted it to stop. It was a little disappointing at first, but we've grown to like it overtime, and I love that his ties are finally more organized.

Pleasantly surprised. I never leave reviews but I felt I should. I almost didn't purchase this product because of the reviews saying it was garbage. This is a small tie track that runs on C or D batteries (sorry I can't remember which) so why would you expect it to be super powerful. No it cannot hold as many ties as it claims and if you have leather belts, don't even try. I have a tie on every other peg and no belts hanging from it. I have had 0 issues with it at all. It turns as promised, it holds ties as promised(about 25-30 and you're good), it lights up as promised. I've had it since september and it hasn't broke like others claimed. The battery is getting a little weak because let's be real people, it takes C or D batteries!!! I love it and would buy it again if I had the opportunity. ( as well I wear ties 7 days a week. Thats right sometimes I literally push the button to make it move every single day of the week.)***update*** it is March 2017, purchased in Sept 2016. Same batteries are still working from the original purchase. I use it every single day.
