This door viewer is constructed of high-impact plastic and comes gray in color. It features a large viewing screen of almost 2 inch in diameter and a reversed prism mirrored clear-image. The giant screen door viewer can be installed on doors ranging from 1-3/8 inch to 2 inch thick. Performance Note: With sufficient outdoor lighting, this viewer provides only arm’s length viewing. Installation Note: For best results when using viewer at night, ensure there is ample lighting illuminating the immediate area where viewer is to be installed. Use less lighting inside than that which is illuminating the exterior side of the entry door.

I like the Fact that the peephole is now 2" big and makes seeing if someone is outside very easy. It is a little blurry but good enough to see if its someone you know or a stranger. I would recommend this to anyone handy enough to install it or if you have a handy man that can Install it for you.

Ever since finding out about these peep holes while at a rental, I knew I had to get one for my house for added security. The screen allows for me to view my front door area from a distance and as someone with military background and a B.S.in Criminal Justice, added security is extremely important to me and my family. Definitely recommend and so easy to install

I bought this to put in the door from the garage to my laundry room so I could see when my wife was loading clothes into the washer so I wouldn't slam the door into her. I thought of installing a typical door viewer peep hole but when I saw this large 2" screen, I thought that would be the ticket. The thing is made well enough with high impact plastic and it goes in as easy as any of them do just requiring a larger hole be drilled. The problem is this thing works with mirrors instead of a lens. The mirrors flip the image so everything is backwards. The big 2 inch frosted glass screen is so dim you can't see it. I returned it for a typical lens viewer which works 100% better.

La imegen que se proyecta en la pantalla es borrosa, NADA nitida.NO VALE EL HOYO EN LA PUERTA.El plastico necesita mejores acabados.LA pintura por dentro esta salpicada por todos lados lo que habla de los bajos estandares de de calidad durante la manufactura.

We installed this but the picture coming through is very hazy. I am not sure but it looks like there is something on the lens on the other side of the door that cannot be cleaned off. Not super impressed with quality

I had to cut a decent size whole on my door but when I was finished, the installation was a breeze. Very useful item and gives you a good sized view without the use of batteries. Excellent design but it is plastic and the image is not as clear as I would like but it works better than what I had before. I was able to determine my neighbor who was knocking on my door at night so that is a plus but you do have to have some sort of light.

This is an excellent door-viewer. You can stand several feet away from the door and get a clear, wide-angle view of whatever is on the other side of the door, during the day. At night it works good too, but you'll need a strong porch light. The vendor Prime-Line Products is great, and is very conscientious about communication and support. I'd definitely recommend this product and vendor. Craig.
