This is a screen retainer spline designed to be use for securing various types of screen fabric into a window screen or screen door frame. It is 0.250 inch (1/4 inch) in diameter, and made of a top quality round, serrated vinyl with a hollow core. Color is gray. 250 ft. per roll.

Just like another reviewer, I got this for screen frames with 1/4 in. aluminum retainers. I am resizing the frames for another use. The spline fits just right, though it is a little tricky because of its width. After the first couple of screens I had no more problems. Good product, good value..
