This wooden bridge is a fantastic addition to my rat cage setup! Its bendable design makes it super versatile—I’ve used it as a ramp, tunnel, and platform in different areas of the cage. It’s quite durable; I’ve had it for months, and despite my rats occasionally chewing on it, it’s still in great shape.Cleaning is fairly easy, though the wood does tend to hold onto smells, which is something to keep in mind. I originally got it to help my older rats navigate the cage more easily, and it’s been perfect for that purpose. Overall, it’s a great, functional accessory that I’d recommend to other rat owners!

This is a cute and natural looking bridge. It is bendable . It’s just that it could probably be made a little better. Seems like the wood could break or chip if bent too much . Bark peels. Not easy to bend. Rats like it though. Nice length and thickness.

This wooden ladder bridge is pretty nice. I have it installed front to back in my rat's critter nation cage. It's nice and sturdy, but the wire "hooks" on the ends are not bent well for hanging. I had to use pliers to adjust the hooks so the bridge would hang properly and be sturdy. I do worry about the sharp ends of the wire (though I tried to bend them under as best I could).*My bridge had wood pieces that are all about the same size. It does not have the larger "logs" as pictured. I personally prefer this, but thought it was worth mentioning.

I somehow bought a baby Sun Conure bird with a bad foot. It came in a shipping bag and I noticed a super badly bent toe when I took it out to show it the new home. The thing could not walk pain free which made formula feeding by tube difficult. The regular perches did not work so well and ladders were too hard for the baby bird with large bald spots.I bought this bridge as a special needs ladder so he could walk the bridge instead of climbing a rope ladder. He soon recovered because he could rest his foot. He walks and sleeps on it as a nest on top where I flattened it out. Now the ladder top is his sleeping nest and he just walks casually down to the food dishes below without struggling. He loves the hanging rope wire too as a perch bending and turning all over instead if hanging. Now his foot does not hurt and he had to have wing clipping threats to stop him from trying to fly through closed windows with amazing velocity. A scolding with a few insignificant symbolic clips and it was trained not to act that way. This bridge is a must have for birds in poor health to help them move while having a diminish walking capacity. Sick birds need the bridge too for when they are weak or standing on one foot.My birds loves nesting on the top up of it at the back of the cage. He just lays down without standing and sleeps contently. The wire used to make and hold a position will seemingly break if moved and bent too much so plan on moving it to a spot and leaving it there. It can be bent into many different ways to custom fit your cage and it can be cleaned without removing it by a wet cloth ot scrapped and flicked off.

My rats really enjoy climbing and playing on this, so I will give it 4 stars. I took a star off as I feel like its over priced for what you're getting.

I LOVE THIS BRIDGE. I use it in my rat's cage to connect the second level platform to the top of the cage so that they can access some of the hanging hides. One of my rats for the past few months has decided that it is her favorite hangout spot. This thing is really sturdy. I've had it for several months now and it has withstood the gnawing of my rats, their little claws, and many, many cleanings. I love that you can bend it to any shape you need and that is stays that way. I've had other things like this that gave under the weight of my rats.I LOVE this thing. It was a most perfect addition to my girl's cage!

Hard to get bird poop off of and impossible to sanitize but fun for the finches (for a while anyway). Update I ordered another one and it wasn't exactly like the first one the logs on the second one that's what I'll call them.. we're much narrower but they were the same color so I don't really care. Really there's some consistency issues they probably get them from different factories from China and that's fine with me. What I do is I take a wire cutter and I cut this apart and I rearrange them with my own wire because I want to short ones and that one long one but you can do your own thing. He's a great for bird cages or whatever pet you have that likes to climb all over something that looks like a bridge. You can also take the little lives just separately and scatter them on the bottom of a Birdcage which looks like you guessed it cute little Logs with holes in them. Ignore the holes and have a nice day.

These bridges hold up very well, I have 2 of the small ones and 1 large currently in my rat's cage. They are very sturdy for them, they can run up, down and over them with no problem at all. They also help give them another surface to walk on and it helps keep them from getting bumble foot that they can get from having wire bridges/walk ways. This was also a better alternative for me because I had used the felt covers on the wire/plastic bridges before but they never lasted long as my girls would inevitably chew through the felt. 😩Having to sew new covers almost every week was getting to be a bit much so I looked around for alternatives and found these. As far as when my girls pee on these its not much different washing the bridges as it was the felt covers. Felt covers went into the wash machine but with these I just rinse/handwash them in the sink and then hang them to dry out a bit, doesn't take long and even if they are still a little wet they can go back it the cage.I also use Sophies Secret pet wet wipes (available through Amazon) to give the bridges a wipe down every couple of days when I wipe their shelves to keep them from getting to pee pee smelling before the bi-weekly major wash down. They are also safe for the rats to chew on and they do hold up pretty well to it.
