Perfect for me and my Red Bellied Parrot. Just remember when you order that these are natural stands, so it won't also look exactly like the picture. For example, the top half of mine was supposed to be facing the opposite direction, hanging off the area below it. But I turned it the other way and it works well. It's only barely noticable so I don't care.

Got the whole thing assembled just for the last step to be impossible to complete. The rods at the top of the trunk where angled away from each other, preventing the top branch piece from fitting on. These things are thick and sturdy. Hammering away at them did nothing. Hilariously, the manual suggests pinching the bars together with your hand. They must have superman strength to think that will work.Also the wheels had fallen off and the wood around the screws was cracked, leaving the entire thing pretty precarious to move around. Disassembling and returning it is too inconvenient. What a waste of money.

We ordered the stand where the tree is located on the side of the base. We got the stand with the tree in the middle. I am really glad that happened. It is very stable and easy to put together. Very sturdy.

It arrived with 2 of the casters not attached. There were no loose screws in the box. The castors had been drilled already so I had to put glue in the holes and wait a few days to dry before even trying to assemble this. I had the right size screws already to repair it. The base went on nicely. The top would not fit. The metal was bent on one prong. It was finally able to be worked on but it’s obviously the wrong piece to the base. It doesn’t line up. It was not put on backwards. 1 went to 1 and 2 went to 2. Even if it was turned around you can see in the pictures how it still will not look flush. I’ll never get it off again to return it and when the birds are just going to chew it and poop on it I don’t see the point. Still, this company should take pride in such an expensive product and I’m disappointed in the quality. I hope I hit a bad package and will be compensated.

I hemmed and hawed on this tree, and I’m SO glad I finally pulled the trigger!! It arrived quicker than it said it would, and was easy to assemble (though you will need a socket wrench.). I have green cheek conures and a Pionus, and they can both comfortably use the medium. I also got one that was centered, which I’m pleased about. Highly recommend!!

When I placed the order, Tuesday October 22, the expected delivery day was Friday November 1. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived 4 days later on Saturday October 26. So far it's working well and my young Amazon is enjoying it. It's been the house for less than 24 hours so I don't want to give it 5 stars but it was easy to assemble and nothing arrived damaged.

I’ve purchased 3 of these over the years. This one is by far the best. Some come with branches that overhang the base, and it’s such a pain to constantly be wiping the floor and laying down a wide perimeter of paper all around the base, which I’ve been doing for the past 9 years with my last tree. And, because it’s proven to be far more frustrating than it’s worth, I took a chance and purchased this one and the third time has been the charm! None of the branches overlap each other or the base, the food dishes are in great spots, there’s a nice high branch for the birdie to look out the window, and no more mopping the floor! (Score!) Once I get it really decked out, my sweet Gray will love it! I’ll definitely be keeping this tree for the long haul. Thrilled with it, but, again, you definitely take your chances with these depending on what trees they’ve selected to harvest, and whether or not they cared where the branches flared when they drilled the holes for the stand and base. I got lucky this time, but I suggest being honest with yourself when you order one of these: if the setup is poor and if you can see that you’ll be mopping the floor a lot, don’t hesitate to send it back and try again. I know from experience that it’s not worth the years of hassle.
