All the pieces were just thrown into the box and when I started putting it together, the pieces didn’t. I mean the measurements were WAY off, not even something you could play with to get it to work. Don’t waste your time and money on this!

Are you kidding?! No instructions, everything thrown into a box and an oddball screw type with no tools. Do yourself a favor and buy a different one. This is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, this gets a three star for me because they did not include an instruction manual. The quality of the wood is good, but it took some time to figure out how to put it together. If you’re selling a product that requires assembly, you should include instructions.

Came unpackaged with missing parts, the instructions are meant to be found on the item page rather than a print out. Was very obviously a previous return that didn’t have all that it was supposed to.

Overall it's a fine play stand. Amazingly, it's pictured with an appropriately sized bird in the photos so that's nice! For a smaller bird like a budgie, cockatiel, love bird... even a mellow conure this is a pretty nice stand. For my conure... I give it a week tops.I'm knocking a few stars off for a couple of reasons:1. No directions. It comes with all the tools and bits you need to assemble it but no directions. It's a big box of sticks. I had to use the photo online to build it. If you're handy, familiar with building sets like legos you'll be fine.2. Bad measurements. Not all of the pieces were cut to the right length or had proper holes drilled in them. Again, no biggie if you're handy but a right pain if you're not.3. The bowls. The bowls suck. They went straight into the trash. They're too narrow, too deep and held on by a binder clip? No thanks.4. The use of spring clips in bird toys should always be avoided. They're dangerous as beaks get hooked on them, legs get trapped etc... Straight up remove those if you get this.I'd like to give this a higher rating but as I wrote this... 2 stars is fair. Assembly is a pain, some of the materials used are dangerous, the bowls included should be tossed and over all quality control is low. The stand itself is pretty nice but man does it need some work.

Decided to give this product a chance, and it’s not bad at all but needed some work. For starters all the pieces just came loose in a box with no instruction manual, and i had to look at the Amazon product picture to figure out where everything went. The bottom log loosely screwed into the two side wooden poles and I had to super glue the screws so that it wouldn’t spin when the birds stepped on it. Lastly the large pole on the back left had the holes in the wrong spots but i don’t think it really matters, the final product still looks decent enough. TBH i wouldn’t buy again but i’m still satisfied with the product.Edit: after using product for a minute i have some other thoughts. The bowls are very inconvenient. Way too narrow and too deep so they pretty much only hold a little bit of seeds and then the seed waste covers the rest.
