This was my first pressure cooker purchase. I'm extremely impressed with how easy it is to use. I love the fact that it is stainless steel. I've made meat in it so far, and it is very flavorful and tender. Making your own stock (chicken/beef/bone broth) from meat was amazing! I've actually never had broth that taste so good and rich.The ease of cleanup was simple. Nothing stuck on the bottom of the pot. If you buy this you will not be disapointed. I'm looking forward to making other dishes too.

This is a good quality pressure cooker that’s very easy to use and clean. I use it for tenderizing meats in making delicious stew and soup.
