This item is amazing. It’s made my kitchen life easier. However, the blade is too sharp. I’ve been cut twice (one while slicing cucumbers and the other was when I was washing the blade). Be extra cautious when using these as they’re very sharp.

I like the quality of the materials. It works beautifully and saves so much time. I often end up chopping more than needed because it's so fun. You sometimes have to push a little hard for harder things like onions. Put your shoulder into it. Cleans up OK but you do need the little claw to scrape through the blocks on top - bits get caught in there. Cleans up nicely in the dishwasher after the scraping.

I was pretty disappointed with the Prep Naturals Veggie Chopper. While it does speed up the chopping process and makes tasks more efficient, the experience isn't as enjoyable as I’d hoped. First off, you have to really slam your hand down on it to get the blades to cut through the veggies, which can be tiring and, honestly, kind of frustrating. The force needed makes it quite loud too, so it’s not the most pleasant tool to use in a quiet kitchen.Additionally, cleaning it is a hassle. The parts don’t come apart easily, and even after a thorough wash, bits of food seem to get stuck in hard-to-reach places, making the cleaning process feel more like a chore than a convenience.While it certainly does the job faster than chopping by hand, I’m not sure it justifies the noise, effort, and cleaning difficulties. If you’re looking for a quick, easy solution to chopping, this might be worth considering, but for me, it doesn’t completely live up to its promises.

Why did I not purchase this sooner? It helps cut down so much on prep time for meals. It makes salads easy to dress up. It is so easy to use. Cleaning it is also fairly simple - just be mindful of how sharp the blades are and use the cleaning brush provided.

Wrong product delivered... took it abroad with me and opened a month later and saw so many other blades instead of just 4. Dice size for the smaller one is also too big. Not happy

I purchased this for our prep person so that they weren't stuck cutting mountain of vegetables every day.It definitely has cut their time in prepping things like chopped onions , diced tomatoes , making pico de gallo, onion relish and so much more .It's super easy to use , clean up can be a pain sometimes but it gets the job done .It's compact so there's no problem in finding a storage place for it .It does get used on a daily basis 7 days s week and the blades are still super sharp.In terms of sturdiness it is still going strong although the plastic container fell on the floor and cracked it's still usable.Our prep peeps don't get cramped hands anymore from having to hand cut everything anymore and they all say the same thing it's a game changer .All the vegetables are uniform and it has created less waste .It's pretty sturdy on the prep tables and it doesn't slide around either so the grip is a bonus .You should be careful when cleaning the blades because even I've knicked myself a time or two . There is a safety guard included as well.

This is so handy and I got one for my sil as well. The only time I had trouble was chopping nuts. But it's dishwasher safe and comes out beautifully. Great time saver and investment for the kitchen.

We eat a lot of salads in our house and this little chopper has become a favorite. I selected this particular one because I knew I would not use all the other plates that come with some other listings. The blade plates are sharp and the chopper is easy to use and clean. I rely on the tool that comes with the chopper as well as brushes that come with the 40 oz drinking cups...works like a charm. Wash by hand or top rack in the dishwasher.
