I love this shoe organizer. It wasn't hard to put together at all. It adds an elevated look to my closet while organizing my favorite shoes. I wish it had a few more taller slots for those really high heels but overall this was a great buy!

Love this! It was much easier to assemble than expected, especially since my daughter assembled it for me! The only drawback is the size of the cubicles. Unless it’s sandals or some tennis shoes, only one shoe will fit in each cube. It is much nicer looking than I expected and it’s perfect for our needs.

No one will confuse this with a piece if high end furniture, but is does what it was supposed to do. There were some blemishes on the finish but nothing too major if you are just going to put it into the closet. Holds women's size 7 shoes well, one pair per slot as long as the heels aren't too tall. Assembly was easy. The compartment dividers need to be going the right way to insert into the case from the rear. It helps to have 2-3 people to line everything up, and it needs to go in flat, in the same plane as the case, otherwise it jams when you try and insert that assembly. Once it goes in, it goes all the way to the bottom with ease.

This is a wonderful piece - I put it together myself fairly easily. It's compact in size but accomodates 36 pairs of shoes which is awesome, and it looks great to boot! I highly recommend this product. If you have large or bulky shoes, then you may need to use one slot per shoe. I wear a W10.5 and still managed to get my runners into one slot.

This unit was easy to assemble, one person could do it, but better with two due to the weight of the unassembled pieces. Once assembled, the weight makes it super sturdy. I'd recommend considering getting some feet of some sort to make it easier to maneuver on either carpet or hardwood floors.

Pieces came chipped and cracked. No markings on the components. All came in one bag so you need to sort them first (unlike EVERY OTHER COMPANY). Extremely heavy and didn’t go together properly. AND they want you to pay for shipping it back to return it!!! Piece of garbage from a garbage company

The cabinet took a bit to put together, but it was good quality and packed well. The instructions were where easy to follow and clear. Here is where the problem comes in... they ask that you install the dividers (once put together) in from the back of the cabinet while it is laying down. This is near impossible as the dividers came apart when doing this and four of the dividers broke.I braced myself for the difficulties of contacting the company to explain what had happened, when I went on to experience one of the fastest and most helpful customer experiences ever. They asked what was wrong and I explained the situation and they asked for an address and stated they would have the four pieces mailed out immediately. The pieces arrived a few days later and this time I put them in with the cabinet standing up and it went much smoother. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So, I am newly alone, widowed, and I find that there are so many small things that I find to do in order to keep my mind from dark places. So, I attacked my shoe "issue." First off, I am not a hoarder. I acquire far too many things, but am not resistant to getting rid of things I no longer use or wear. I have whittled my wardrobe back by about 50%. I have hard to fit feet (6.5 W) with a high instep and arches and I need support. When I find a pair of shoes that I really like aesthetically as well as in comfort, I don't let go!So, what's that got to do with this review? Not much really I guess. Just explaining that I may wear each of these pairs of shoes once or twice a year. They do bring me joy, just not daily. And, like a lot of people, shoe storage became a real issue, as I certainly don't have a lifestyle that would support a shoe "room." I already jimmied my wide closet into 2 smaller horizontal sections. I've tried so many racks and cubbies and bins. This one FINALLY did it for me.It's very nice and I feel it is plenty sturdy especially where I have it. A few comments about comments I'd read:*It is NOT marked! That being said, it wasn't too hard to figure out which piece was which. Go slow and steady and match the pieces with the inventory list.*It is freaking HEAVY! All flat packs are. So unless you really are alone in the world, ask for help.*My shoes fit easily with the left shoe (on its side) hell-out and the right heel-in and overlapping the left slightly. They would never fit sole-down side by side. It works for my shoes (see picture) but if you have big feet, This would be a risky purchase.*Make sure you measure the available width at SEVERAL points vertically. My first mistake was measuring the opening around the middle height-wise and not taking into account the molding and quarter round at the bottom. I almost yanked it out when my building buddy took a width measurement a bit higher and found that the closet was not square. Luckily, it fit into the other side, but we still had the molding problem. My buddy fixed that by building a small simple platform. All in all, for the price, this is a great piece and would only suggest STRONGLY that they label the parts.
