Maximize your chance of pregnancy with accurate ovulation prediction. Identify the best time to conceive. Get pregnant faster.

Test procedure: Dip the test into the urine for 3-5 seconds

Determine your most fertile days

Pregmate ovulation tests detect levels of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) in urine.

Test procedure

  • Dip the test into the urine for 5 seconds
  • Lay the strip flat
  • Read results in 5 minutes
Postitive: If two lines are visible and the test line is equal to or darker than the control line.

Positive

If two lines are visible and the test line is equal to or darker than the control line, one will probably ovulate in the next 24-48 hours. Make love over the next 2 days following the first positive test result to maximize your chances of becoming pregnant.

A positive result indicates the presence of a high amount of Luteinizing Hormone or LH surge.

Negative: One line appears in the control area or the test line is lighter than the control line.

Negative

Only one line appears in the control area or the test line is lighter than the control line. This means there is no LH surge.

Ovulation is the release of a mature egg from the ovary. The beginning of your fertile period.

What is LH surge?

Luteinizing Hormone (LH) is one of the hormones produced by the pituitary gland. It is secreted at very low levels throughout your menstrual cycle. Once a developing egg follicle reaches a certain size, Luteinizing Hormone secretion surges to high levels. This hormone surge is what triggers ovulation about 24 to 48 hours later.

Ovulation is the release of a mature egg from the ovary. It signals the beginning of your fertile period.

If your cycle length is normally 26 days, the chart indicates testing should begin on day 10.

When to begin testing?

Determine the length of your menstrual cycle before test (The length of the cycle is the duration from your first menstrual bleeding day to the day before the next bleeding begins).

Please refer to the cycle chart to determine when you should start testing. If you do not know your cycle length, you may begin the test 11 days after your first period, since the average cycle length is 28 days.

Example: If your cycle length is normally 26 days, the chart indicates testing should begin on day 10.

Test for pregnancy 5 days before your missed period. Confirm pregnancy early and quickly.

Confirm pregnancy early and quickly

Pregmate pregnancy tests detect human pregnancy hormone in urine. This hormone is produced by the cells of the embryo that will later form the placenta.

If pregnancy hormone is present in your urine, you'll have a positive test result.

The average implantation time is 9 days past ovulation. It takes 2-3 days after implantation for the embryo to make enough hormone for a home pregnancy test to work. That means the majority of women will not get a positive until 11 days past ovulation.

The tests are very easy to use - you pee into a cup and you test to see if you are ovulating. The test line must be as dark as the control line for you to be at the height of your ovulation. Because you are testing several times a day, having so many ovulation strips is great. The pregnancy tests are not as sensitive as other tests on the market. These have a sensitivity level of 25 miu/ml while others have 10 miu/ml, so you might be waiting a bit longer to get a positive. But, if you are like me, I appreciate the fact that I had 20 strips, cause I was able to test twice a day to see the line progression as I was waiting for the betas.

These tests worked great- as I have a hard time determining when I am ovulating. With these strips I was able to.

If you are trying to conceive and want to track ovulation and have multiple pregnancy tests, this is the kit for you. I've used this brand of ovulation tests and pregnancy tests for several months. The ovulation tests are extremely reliable and makes it clear when you experience an LH surge before ovulation. The pregnancy strips aren't as sensitive as other pink dye brands. I was able to get a clear positive on other brands before I had a faint line on these. After I tested positive on other brands, I received a positive on the premom pregnancy tests about a week later, at the time of my missed period. It's definitely a good kit to have because it gives you plenty of ovulation strips to use over the course of a few months, and enough pregnancy tests for quite a few months. If you're trying to conceive, track your cycle, or do natural family planning, this pack is the best. It doesn't leave you questioning when you ovulate or if you're pregnant after missing a period.

I love this product. There are plenty of ovulation and pregnancy tests. It is so nice to have them on hand. They are super easy to use and are accurate. It is also simple and easy to read. Every woman should have one of these!

These seem to work so far. They're at least accurate with negative results. Easy to use, just like regular strip-base testers. Doesn't come with additional supplies, but the strips themselves work so this is a great value.

My experience is that you need to test EVERY time you pee. You can miss the surge so easily. I was beginning to think these and all opk's were bogus until I decided to use one every time since they are so cheap. I start using these 5 days after my period ends up until I get a positive. The line must be as dark as the test line. I was on the fence for awhile because I kept getting faint lines, but once you get a positive you will know.
