I used this for the first time my last cycle. The tests work like normal dip tests, and the app makes it easy to understand your results. As someone with PCOS being able to confirm ovulation is so useful. I definitely recommend this if you are in your TTC journey.

Between the support I got from sooo many wonderful ladies on Proov support group on Facebook, Proov customer support, and their hormone tracking app and products the experience has been amazing! Proov helped me understand my cycle so much better and I was able to conceive after 6 months of trying! Highly recommend Proov!! Just got my positive pregnancy test today! (2/17/25)

I'm so happy I discovered Proov. I learned I was low on progesterone after using the PDG strips so I got a progesterone prescription and my numbers have been perfect since! Their customer service is absolutely amazing, too. The app that you load the tests in is very functional and self explanatory. I highly recommend Proov when TTC.

I have used this product two times and got pregnant on both occasions! For both pregnancies, my ovulation happened at an unexpected time in my cycle (both early and late) and the Proov product and team helped me catch it! Knowing exactly when I ovulated also guided me on when to supplement with progesterone (as I had a history of pregnancy loss). The Proov team was incredibly responsive and helped me navigate an irregular cycle after a loss (and I got pregnant!) I recommend this tool to all my friends that are frustrated or anxious while TTC!

I bought this to see if I ovulate which it did show and it confirmed I usally buy the easy home because it's much cheaper I would recommend this proov if you can afford it

This was so easy to use! The customer service is phenomenal. The app has so much useful information. It is very user-friendly. The test strips are very easy to use. I have bought several packages and not one test strips was faulty. I would definitely recommend!

I spent months buying different versions of proov...and while the app is helpful to track and see a little more detail... the truth is the cheaper ovulation sticks will do the same trick. This method did not increase my chances.

Bottom line is that the “confirm” strips, which are meant to confirm that you’ve ovulated, do not work.These strips told me that I had NOT ovulated during the cycle I used them for. I am now 36 weeks pregnant from that same cycle. Clearly I had ovulated and yes I followed the directions as close as humanly possible.The test caused unnecessary stress for me since when I got my positive pregnancy strip, I was paranoid that my progesterone levels might be too low to sustain the start of the pregnancy. I had nothing to worry about though. Every time my hormone levels were checked by my OB, they were totally fine.I wanted to leave this review since I know how important this kind of information is when you’re ttc. It needs to work! We’re bombarded by so many different products to help out that it can make you feel crazy trying to find the ones that’ll actually help. And while I appreciate the owner’s journey and desire to provide something to fill a need, the bottom line is that the strips are not accurate. I just hate the notion that there might be women out there who might be getting a reading that says they’re not ovulating when they actually are. It’s disheartening to say the least. This journey is hard enough without that added confusion. I also saw that there were others who had posted reviews with a similar story (negative reading but then got pregnant) and it gave me some reassurance during that period where I thought my progesterone might be too low. I hope this helps give some hope/reassurance to others.

If you want to know if you’re ovulating successfully, this is good to have on hand. It gives you peace of mind that everything is doing what it should be. I did not get pregnant my first cycle using this. The month AFTER I used this, I did nothing and sure enough, that worked. I did enjoy this product tho. But I think you’d only need to buy is 1x to confirm your ovulation

I found Proov really helpful and easy to use. You can take pictures of the strips and upload them to the Proov app which is really accurate. I've found it detects ovulation a little later than the cheaper strips but with much greater accuracy! Also, the progesterone strips are a game changer and really help you to understand if you might have low progesterone which is stopping you conceiving. Oh and the Proov support team are incredible! They are sooo responsive (like respond within an hour!) and always willing to help.

This product is so helpful for women who are trying to understand their cycle better. Not only are the tests easy to use, the customer support is very hands on and helpful if you have some further questions!

Easy to use this test. Amazing customer support for reassurance of results. App is easy to use to view test results. Guidance on the app has been useful. It showed I was light on pdg and gave tips for increasing this. I’m working on these and retesting this month. I’m also hoping it’ll help when we have our doctors appointment to show them the results. Would highly recommend.
