Arrived on time. Washed it and used it same day! Cake turned out perfect! No worries about toxic non stick material as there isn't any. We use it for angel food cakes and coffee cakes. It's perfect! I will be buying more stainless cookware from this company as it is well constructed also.

The pan is perfect for angel food cakes and other cakes when a Bundt pan won’t work. It’s non stick and has worked great every time.

I like it. It's heavy duty. It's stainless steel. I washes well and bakes well. Heat transfer is a little different from aluminum and the bottom of the cake had signs of very slight hot spots corresponding to the grate of the oven, but nothing that cannot be solved with a few turning of the pan while cooking, which is a good practice anyhow. The center is just enough proud as to be useful and not annoying.

Had another cheaper cake pan that would always cause problems when trying to get the cake out of the pan an onto the cake plate. This one was a breeze to get the cake out, it's really worth the money!

Oops, It is one piece. Difficult to clean and also remove cake. Make sure to use a plastic knife.
