THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST ANGEL FOOD PANS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AND I ALSO BOUGHT THAT NONSTICK ONE ( horrible )I NEED TO FIND OUT WHAT ELSE THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EVER QUALITY.

I decided I would at least try it and see if it bakes right. It doesn't. So the inside doesn't fit right, its not symmetrical, then also the first time I washed it the metal discolored. I baked a cake to test it and one half the cake didn't get done where the other half was done perfectly, what a mess of a cake - one half all small and dense the other half tall and light and fluffy. the three cooling spikes are ingenious for cooling the cake but makes it challenging to poor the batter in - I kept bumping the spikes with either the mixing bowl of the spatula when trying to poor the batter in around the cake for evenness. I'll be returning this and do not recommend you purchase it.

Many reviews say this pan arrived bent and leaks at the bottom. Mine was in perfect condition and did not leak. ( I set a rimmed pan underneath it just in case, but it was not necessary) I made the most beautiful, light, high angel food cake with a Betty Crocker Angel Food cake mix. I was very pleased!! Just follow the directions on the package, and don't grease the pan. There are also simple videos online to demonstrate the easy way to remove your cake from the pan after baking. Perfect!! I highly recommend this angel food cake pan.

Because of previous good reviews I decided to give it a try. Yes, the pan is flimsy & thin. Yes, when you turn it upside down there are gaps where the loose centre piece fits into the outside ring. BUT YES to the most amazing first time Angel food cake I ever baked out of it. I used Martha Stewart’s tips on YouTube on Angel food cake & I’m so happy with this pan I might gift it to friends ✅

Perfect pan for making chiffon and angel food cakes. The pan is light but surprisingly sturdy. The removable bottom does not leak and makes it easier to remove the cake. Heat distribution is even and the middle of the chiffon cakes bake up golden and airy just like it should.The only con is the rivets that attach the feet to the pan are hard to get clean. Cake crumbs do get baked on in-between the rivet and pan. It can be cleaned but it needs a good soak. I had to use toothpicks to get into the crevices to clean it properly. Not a deal breaker but a bit of a pain if you want spotless pans.

I tried three other angel food cake pans before this one, to replace my beat up old 70's nonstick. The first was a heavy, cast one piece and the worst excuse of a pan I've ever owned. I couldn't get the cake out of it nor could I get it clean, it had no legs, and the tube opening was too small for any bottle in my kitchen, including tabasco. Wasted almost $30 and it went into the trash. The other two rusted along the rim after the out-of-the-box washing. Sent each one back. This one is PERFECT. The cake cooked perfectly, came out readily, and this pan cleaned more easily than the old nonstick.There was no leaking. Those reviewers must not be baking angel food, which is not batter - it's meringue with flour and sugar mixed in. Even during washing, very little water leaked out so you could probably use it for pound cake.You need THIS pan!

This pan has helped me produce some phenomenal cakes. I especially like the feet for cooling, a difficult feature to find in stores. I just wish it was sturdier. In order to maintain its shape, I handle this pan almost as gingerly as I do my grandmother's china.

Es muy practico de buen tamaño solo que es un poco fragil se deforma si lo aprietas de hecho llego con algunas abolladuras pero nada que no se pudiera arreglar

El molde traía una pequeña abolladura, y como es en dos partes, esto genera que se escurra un poco la masa al ponerla sobre el molde, ya que no sella bien del todo.

I had a few concerns when I ordered this pan: light weight, weak feet, leaking. But I've had good luck with the Fox Run brand and largely discounted them. All were short lived. The reviewers voicing the concerns must have been reviewing a different item.This is a good quality pan. It is as heavy as any others I own.I wanted a pan with feet, so I wouldn't have to find a bottle to support the cake when inverted. The feet are heavy duty and would be difficult to bend - 1/16th inch aluminum and riveted to the pan - but they were of no use. My cake rose past the ends of the feet, making them too short. I found my self scrambling for a glass bottle or anything not plastic to support the cake when it was time to come out of the oven.The pan does not leak. I filled it with water to soak it clean. A non-stick might be better for this reason, but I wonder if it would give me the same great rise.
