It would have been nice to have received the entire pan. All I received was the center cone part. It wouldn't hold 1 cup much less 15 cups.

I used this to bake banana bread. I buttered the pan as usual. Worked great. Much safer than my old one that had the Teflon flaking off. Should last a very long time.

This cake pan is nicer looking than the plain silver ones. It was easy to clean, and didn’t leak. My cake turned out wonderful!!

This pan is perfect for pound cakes! Just the right size for larger tube pan cakes and bakes evenly. The cake sli# right out the pan wit& little effort. I'm very happ_ with this purchase.

This pan did a great job holding the entire batter. I have some decretive pans that I was overfilling. Then I would use a loaf pan to bake the extra batter. No need for that now. Also I noticed that this pan cooks quicker. The cake was done about 20 min earlier than usual. I think the ceramic allowed for better heat distribution. I love it! The pan is sturdy but not too heavy.

The pan works well for angel food cake. The cake is evenly cooked and easy to remove from the pan. The pan is easy to clean. We have purchased two of these pans. One for my daughter and one for ourselves.

The Angel Food pan was wonderful. I didn't need to even run a knife around the edge. My cake actually slid out of the pan. The pan itself was so easy to clean. Absolutely nothing stuck to this pan. I plan on using this more than once or twice a year.

Nice pan, well made - But way to small for my Angel food cake.it fits inside my old 10x4" pan.cake went 2 in above pan then fell ,turned over to cool and slid out on the counter,
