This pan is much darker than pictured. As far as it being non stick... that is a joke. I had to run a knife around the edge to get my cake released and when I went to wash it I couldn't get everything off of it, I had to let it soak for nearly 3 hours and finally with a scrubby sponge I was able to get it clean. It wasn't super expensive but, still a disappointed.

A gift to myself. Made a sour cream coffee cake for Christmas morning and the pan was perfect for the recipe. Easy to get the cake out of it and the pan was very easy to clean.

The picture for this Norpro nonstick angel food cake pan shows a light exterior with a medium interior. However, that isn't what I received. What arrived was a pan with a black finish inside and out. I was looking for the lighter interior to avoid the darker crust that the dark colored pans give. The pan, however, is solid and well-built; very sturdy. Just be aware that if you're looking for the light/med colored pan in the picture, you won't get it.Pros:- Thick metal, well built- Center and bottom insert separate from sides for easy cake removalCons:- Black finish
