This premium set of mounting brackets was designed to provide you with a strong, reliable, and easy-to-use mounting solution for your dust collector blast gate needs. It gives you the ability to secure your blast gates to a wall and/or solid surface for a more productive workflow and easier operation.

These brackets were designed to work exclusively with a 2-1/2 to 6-inch blast gate for your dust collector system. They are constructed with high-quality ABS plastic and feature a strong and durable design made to withstand the wear and tear associated with woodworking dust collection. More importantly, these brackets come with mounting hardware, and flaunt a straight-forward design, allowing you to attach them to your blast gates without the need of any expensive tools.
COMPATIBILITY
Designed to accommodate both ABS and aluminum blast gates. Will not work with POWERTEC's new clog resistant blast gates, 70294, 70295, 70326. And Aluminum blast gates 5"(70166) and 6"(70278).
Note: Will NOT work with Clog-Resistant Integrated Blast Gates (70294, 70295, 70325 and 70326), and Aluminum Blast Gates 5" (70166) and 6"(70227).

Does not fit all power tec blast gates. Only one set screw holds it to the bracket

Only works with powertec blast gate and not other brands, but it works great, and holds the gate in position when pushing or pulling.

While the product description says 'fits 2 1/2" to 6" gates', these brackets do not fit on the POWERTEC 70227 6" aluminum gates. The gate is about 1/8" too thick and the ABS of the bracket is too stiff to bend and force it. Solid construction on the bracket though, to bad they don't fit my gates.
