These inserts are very comfortable. I started using them when I had plantar fasciitis as part of my treatment plan. Since it resolved, I’ve continued to use these for years and not experienced another issue. I definitely recommend them!

I am a pronating marathon (x20) runner. Ever since enduring shin splints (which turned into a stress fracture) during my first training cycle, I have added these to every pair of running shoes I have purchased. Shin splints, foot pain, etc are a thing of the past for me. These are incredibly durable, and perform well. One would think that they significantly change the fit / feel of a pair of shoes, but they do not.Solid product. There are other brands, models, etc on the market, but I have never found the need to stray from these.

Just received, as they came highly recommended by the doc. Seem to be working out pretty well thus far. There was need to trim, higher arch then expected, fits well in shoes and despite the hard look, flexible and comfy. Will update review accordingly.

Update to reviewI since ordered a size up 10-10.5 women's and trimmed about an 1/8" off the side and they fit perfect in my double-h boots. After a few hours my right foot was in excruciating pain. I took the insoles out and noticed the heel cup on the right is lower, the outside inner of the foot has a bump 3mm high right where my outer foot joint sits and the insoles are a different thickness! Also the bottom of the left insole looks worn out. However, the left felt perfect....I don't know if AMAZON is selling knockoffs or what? My husband has 5 perfect pair and my Powerstep hikers are flawless....‐----------------Powerstep insoles are far superior compared to many other popular name brands. I have used and use the hiker and my husband the pulse with great success in our mountaineering boots and slippers.I bought the original Women's 9 - 9.5 to use in my 8.5 double-h cowgirl boots. These insoles fit right in and provide great support (I have flat low volume feet). The arch was higher than I expected for a low arch. The insoles are too short so my toes have the edge digging in my feet constantly. This is not an issue with my hiker insoles from powerstep. Perhaps someone bought, cut and returned these? For now I'm using double sided tape to keep them slid more forward in my boots so I overhang the heel instead of the toe area. If I between sizes, I recommend sizing up if this is their new sizing! The insoles measure 9 3/4" long from in the heel cup to the end. My feet with socks measure 10" with my favorite socks and am a size 8.5 - 9 women's

I have used these Powerstep insoles for over four years now. Before this I had recurrent problems with plantar fasciitis. At times this was so painful it was like standing on a nail and having to limp home. These insoles cured it for me. After the first set, I bought a few more over the years and now use them in all my footwear. You can move them easily from one set of shoes to another but I found it easier to leave them in my most used footwear. I even use them in my running shoes as a replacement for the ones provided. They may be expensive, mainly because of import charges from the US I expect, but they certainly last. The ones I have for over four years are still good, though as expected the cloth has worn a bit. Not a problem with comfort though. They are also quite thin so do not push your foot up much towards the top of the shoe. Being full sized they do not slip about. Now whilst they are perfect for me, I guess that they will not suit everybody. After all, people's feet are different so they may push in the wrong place. I have tried other insoles as some were cheaper, but some were quite painful and unusable.

I've had bad experiences with third party insoles in the past and I know I'm not alone in saying that they often don't fit quite right, slip around inside, or add too much thickness. Earlier this year I figured I'd give these ones a try after finding my beloved and gently-worn casual sneakers - Nike SB Portmore, Nike SB Check, and Nike Dual Fusion Run 3 (wide) all in Men's size 11 - too uncomfortable to wear. I was a little bummed that each pair went from being ultra comfortable to downright painful after only moderate use and suspected that the insoles were the culprit. Boy was I right! I went out on a limb by buying these inserts without getting to try them on but the size 11 ones matched perfectly with my mint Nikes. Frankly, I'm not surprised that the Nike insoles were bunk and wouldn't be shocked if this is planned obsolescence. Nevertheless, these third party insoles eliminated the foot pain I was experiencing and I no longer get foot fatigue after 10k runs. I've also noticed a slight decreased in sciatic pain after work outs due to the increased support these inserts provide. I found the insoles to be a tad stiff at first but after a week or so of heavy use, they molded to my feet and became more flexible. I can honestly say that these bad boys were worth every penny and I find myself swapping the original insoles in my other brand shoes on a daily basis. This one pair has been going strong for the past three months and show no sign of wearing out. Would give six stars if I could!

Great fit. They are not the full length of my trainers they taper off near the toes, but that's good as you can use them in different shoes/footwear and makes them more adaptable. They are really comfortable and feet don't feel so sore/tired after a long day on your feet. Worth the money!

I have a problem with plantar fasciitis. It has been killing me for a while. I am also retired, so I don't have to wear dress shoes. I pretty much live in tennis shoes, wear a pedometer, and average 14,000 steps per day as an active senior. So, this plantar fasciitis thing is cramping my lifestyle. My feet also have high arches and none of my tennis shoes have high enough support to help me out with this malady when I am walking.I looked around for inserts that were more solid than just a piece of foam. I wanted something that was solid to support my arches. So, after looking through all the different versions and brands out there, I picked this one to try. I wear a size 11.5 D (US) shoe. So, here are my observations:- This product fits my size 11-1/2 Nike Dual Fusion Lite tennis shoes perfectly. The fit is tight and no trimming was required.- This insert is flexible up by the toes so when you are walking, it bends with your toes and the shoe and you don't know it is there.- The heel and arch part of this insert is rigid and does not bend. It provides perfect support for my heel and arches.- This insert is very comfortable for my size foot. I am able to walk without hobbling as long as the insert is in my shoe.- I bowl a couple nights a week. When I get to the bowling alley, I remove the inserts from my tennis shoes and slip them into my bowling shoes. They also fit my size 11-1/2 bowling shoes perfectly - nice and tight so they don't slip around.Cons: I don't have any cons.I can't say how comfortable they would be if you had flat feet, but for someone like me with high arches, they are a perfect marriage between my feet and my shoes.
