Plain as day you can see it is used. Set screws to hold wires in were all stripped and all scratched up and the box the converter comes in had a shipping label cut off of it and the box taped up. Pretty sad I think

Edit:Emailed the Powermax website to customer service. Was very prompt after. Explained shortly with providing details and proof and they sent a brand new one immediately. Very happy with this purchase still. I hope this one lasts because it's awesome!Worked great, I was genuinely very happy with this machine. I was recommending it to others. Had more than enough power for my travel trailer. All of a sudden it stopped working tonight December 27th 2023. Bought March 2023. Installed June 2023. No light coming on the unit. Fuses are good on the front. Removed top cover and NOT a trace of burnt smell or even anything looking burnt. Just quit.

Replaced a worn out power converter in my travel trailer. This unit was easy to hook wires to and gave me the power I used to have. I didn't notice any noise. The only negative is the power cord could be longer and I had to buy a short extension cord to make it reach the Inverter.
