I had a very old craftsman scraper similar to this, lost it some time ago and always missed it. The only difference between this one and the craftsman one is that the craftsman one could not store the blades in the handle. I like this storage feature. One thing I noted is that the blades seem to be made of a harder steel than the old craftsman one; I liked the softer blades because you could easily sharpen/straighten them with a flat file, but regardless, this is a good scraper. A good mechanic needs several types of gasket scrapers, and this is one of them.
