I absolutely love this ottoman. It came in vacuumed sealed thick plastic and looked small. Once I opened it, it started expanding. The instructions suggest that you leave it alone for 24 hours. I left it in the office overnight. Once I got back into the office, it was solid and way bigger than I had expected. It was perfect! It fits right under my stand-up desk and I use it everyday! Its lightweight and sturdy and I can rest my feet on it all day. Now everyone in our office wants one! Great find on Amazon!

For the price it’s a good deal and it works but it took well over two weeks to fully “inflate” from the shrink wrapping packaging. It’s still slightly slanted but it does serve its purpose.

The packaging for this ottoman is wonderful! It comes in a compact 12×12 package with a thickness of less than 3 inches. I couldn't believe my eyes as I was expecting a big package. It arrived like a foam mattress, all vacuum-sealed. The packaging says it will take up to 72 hours to reach its full size after releasing the vacuum, but it took about 5 days for us.The material is nice, fuzzy, and soft. However, it doesn't hold up well if you're over 100lbs. It works great as a footrest or for placing trays and coffee, but it's not stable enough to put your coffee directly on it. You cannot sit on it as an adult. So, it is not usable as a stool or chair. Perhaps, it can be used as a toy for your kid, which is what it ended up being for us.

After several days, it is still crooked--higher on one side. And it has not expanded to 14 inches high. It is about 10 inches on one side and 12 inches on the other. Returning.
