I reached out to the seller letting them know that the lock does not work remotely with the app. They told me what to change a setting to fix the issue, but it did not work! Don't waste your money.

Edit:The company reached out and sent me a new lock that worked as advertised. I’m so glad they stepped up and took care of the problem. It came later than I needed it originally, but they provided a new lock that worked great!I ordered this as a new item, and I received a used lock. It was not operable because it was "owned" by someone else and I could not open the lock, set the passcode, or do anything with it.

Wish I had bought this several months ago as this so convenient and so many ways to open lock securely. Nice big lighted numbers to open in touch pad and then you can use a key or using app on phone. Keeps records of logins doesn’t freeze up in the winter.

As I write this, the lock is not currently available and that's a shame because it's a great lock! This replaces a 2-year old Igloohome lock that is not working so well lately. This lock has better weather proofing and uses touch pad for input instead of buttons like the Igloohome so it should last longer. I love having the key backup! RFID cards are a nice option for my absentminded users. Additionally, you can rest assured that if you do have issues, just contact the seller. My lock was missing its key but the seller had a new lock out to me in two days! No hassle!

I got this for my grandsons school locker. Disappointed it was too large. It would not fit through the holes. It looked very well built and loved the fact that you could open it several ways. But sadly we had to return it
