Modern mailbox that looks great! I ordered a couple! One came with a dent and it was replaced. One came with a lock that was faulty but I was also able to get that piece replaced.

After 67 years of a mailbox in the wall by our door we ordered your mailbox. We now have it at the end of our driveway. Our mailman walks to do the deliveries and loves your mailbox. A bit less walking and he says it is nice and sturdy. Holds a lot of mail. We ordered the post for it and put it into cement. Very nice mailbox, we got the black one.

We received our mailbox (which is absolutely beautiful and sturdy) but didn't have keys to get into it. I reached out to customer service and boy are they speedy!! They sent us new keys ASAP!!! They were kind and prompt. I would recommend to anyone. If we are in need again, I would come back and buy over and over.

I love the new mailbox! It is definitely oversized to accommodate being away for long periods. The burnt orange color is a stand out with our MCM look. I do not like how it did not come with a handle to open the bottom of the mailbox. Also, bottom will not stay up if it is opened with the key. So it is either up and locked or unlocked and opened. I fixed this by adding magnets to the mailbox solving this problem but also giving it a magnetic close. This allows us to use the mailbox without the key (not huge security people). Installing the box was slightly difficult with the lag bolts being inside the mailbox. Overall an awesome mailbox.

Our Adoorn post-mount mailbox arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date. The box is well-made, solid, attractive, with simple instructions. The other locking mailboxes in the neighborhood look rather dowdy. 5 stars.Unfortunately the package was missing 2 small screws for attaching the mail flag. Decrement 1 star, to 4 stars. We contacted customer service, which was very responsive, and immediately sent out the screws, apparently the very same day as they arrived quickly. 4 and a half stars.But... the screws did not arrive alone, and complimentary street numbers, (which we had not ordered) came with a hand-written note of apology. The note was signed "you're the best, J". Now, to be fair, we had to revise our review, to 8 stars out of 5.This small company clearly cares about its product and its customers, and deserves your business.

I love the color, the size, and the texture of this mailbox. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is maybe silly... It's because I can't just leave the key in the door when I open it to get my mail. If I do, and swing the door down, the key falls out and I have to get out of my car and look for it on the ground. So, reality is, I wish the key stayed secure in the lock until I swing the door back up and lock it. Otherwise, very good quality.

I bought this on 10/5 and had it installed on 10/20. One of the reasons it took so long to install, is because they don't give you the measurements of the holes underneath the mailbox. As a DIY'r, I had to wait to get the mailbox in order to take the measurements. You can easily pay for one of their posts, but, i find their posts to be unreasonably overpriced. Many of the lower end brands don't provide this info, but, i don't consider this mailbox to be lower end (at least not on the surface).The mailbox itself is very flimsy. It came witb a dent and it wobbles a lot. Not what you'd expect at this price point.What drove to do the review is because of what happened on the morning after installation day. It rained all night, next morning i found a puddle of water in the jaw of the box (where you're supposed to put mail) and a fair amount of water inside the mailbox.The design and execution of the box is flawed. There isnt a lip hanging over the jaw like the mailboss mail manager pro. This is the biggest con i found so far.It's biggest strength is the curb appeal. Curb appeal isnt enough. I want a long lasting product. I don't believe this is it.I'd return this, but, i threw the box away and already installed it.
