I bought this a little over a month ago, and now I am returning it. I only used it three times and the motor stopped working. The owners manual is not a manual at all, it says two sentences for how to wash, how to dry and how to drain which is on one small piece of paper. There are not troubleshooting tips. I am very disappointed because the few times I used it, it worked pretty well, although the drying cycle, does not do a good job at ringing out most of the water and the machine shook so much I had to stand there to hold it (and yes it was on a flat stable surface. I do not suggest this product.
