I've had this a few weeks and after using it a few times, it started leaking. I don't see a way to stop it from leaking because it is not a hose it's coming from a connection. Since it is within the 30 day return window, I will definitely return this and order a different brand. Very disappointing. I will say, it worked well before it started leaking but it is a significant leak.Update: Extremely dissatisfied! Even though I was within the return window, I could not return this washer because the seller required me to return it through USPS. The cost for shipping ($268) it with USPS was more that it was worth. Amazon would not honor the A-z return policy so I did NOT get a refund. So dissatisfied with the customer service from Amazon and the seller. Amazon did nothing to help me get my money back for defective product!

This washer is not only powerful. but it leaves your clothes sparkling clean. The assembly is easy (may take two people), and the machine arrived well packaged. The only thing I would tell you to watch out for is the drain hose. Make sure you have the drain hose well positioned wherever you are allowing the water to drain. The hose may slip or pop up if you don't. I spent a good while mopping because I failed to do this. Otherwise, this was great purchase for me.

Great little washer! Leaves your clothes clean and almost dry. Some tips: select 6L for a standard wash. If you want to use the individual settings on the side, you have to turn it off and back on and select the setting. I like turning it off after the wash is done, then turning it back on and programming to air dry. It drains well into my sink, the pump seems strong!Only thing I don’t love is that the hose builds alot of pressure when it’s not pulling water, I have to run over and turn off the tap or it makes a mess. I might need a better connection. You can also help the chamber fill up faster with buckets of water, the machine recognizes rhen it’s reached the liters it needs.
