I got for a trip I went on. It Works amazingly. I have a floor stand up streamer and it does not work as good as this one. This is worth every penny. I am now using it instead of the floor model.

This steamer was great at first. It produced a good amount of steam, the tank lasted through several uses, and it was easy to store. But soon after I started using it, it stopped producing steam. It made a sounds like it was working, but nothing came out. I've read a few reviews that said to tap it to clear air bubbles--that worked a few times but now, nothing. I also find it ridiculous that I would need to hit my steamer constantly to get it to work. Look elsewhere for your steamer purchase.

This was a great purchase because all the features are useful and convenient. I like how the water tank is detachable so you don’t have to take the whole unit to refill the water. There are 2 options for steaming, low or high. I like being able to use the steamer the my clothes hanging but for those who prefer it flat, it works just as well. The size is good for packing and traveling. It works wonderfully! I plan on buying another one for my parents.

We bought this to use during dance recitals and competitions. My hope was it would be a nice steamer and double as an iron when needed to iron certain things. We also wanted that functionality for our other part of life as musicians/colonial reenactors where ironing creases on uniforms is needed and steaming wrinkles out of sleeves. The ironing aspect of this product is decent enough, but the steaming function is weird and I don’t think it works well enough to do anything. At dance competitions I sat there trying to get wrinkles out of a dress without real success. So while I’m not 100% happy, I’m convinced it’s probably as good as it gets without dry cleaning.

I compared about 20 different steam irons based on wattage, water capacity, steam holes heating time and price...this one fit the bill. Would recommend it.

We took a trip to Italy, my son, and I, this iron was fantastic! Heating is quick getting the wrinkles out is as if you have your home iron with you. We just used the bed as our ironing board and everything worked out. Perfect!

I was able to steam a garment within five minutes of opening the box. There was no dripping from the tank and the element heated up very quickly. Like another reviewer, I did get a few small pieces of dark material coming out initially, so either clean this or steam something not important first.I'm happy with the result I got on a very wrinkled linen shirt. My only two items of feedback are that it can be a little heavy with the water tank full, and it's not immediately clear how to set this down safely while using.That said, it heats up so quickly, it's going to be a lifesaver for quickly steaming a shirt or dress before work. Will definitely get plenty of use.
