This lockbox was as described. It was easy to use and is serving the purpose I bought it for. I don't know why more people don't secure spare keys in a lockbox rattan under a welcome mat or a pot plant. The passcode was easy to set on this lockbox. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Update 1/26: the dial is still locked in place and will not budge. Unable to return as it’s locked on my railing. Even more unfortunate that there isn’t a way to contact the company directly.While this product appeared to be great, reviews as well, I was left rather disappointed. The product worked great until one cold night (only 30 degrees or so) when I lost my original pair of keys. The dials would not budge and is still stuck on my railing with my keys hostage. Luckily I’m in the return window, but if I can’t get it off / unlocked then there’s really nothing I can do to get my money back. Lose / lose situation.

I bought this because I locked myself out of my house the other day and had to essentially break in. So I now have this on my back door with a set of keys in it. it was very easy to set up, including changing the default passcode to my preferred one.I have it hanging on the door knob, not mounted to the wall so I cannot speak as to the ease of mounting it. It was easy enough to attach to my door knob, although it took me a couple of tries to get the shackle into the casing.There is plenty of room for even a full set of keys inside of it. It seems fairly sturdy – once I actually managed to get the shackle into the casing it did not come loose after several hard tugs.I literally only just got this today so this is a VERY early review. if anything changes, I will come back and edit this review.
