This is a really neat product. It has different levels of security. There is a setting that the box will only unlock when the countdown is up or you get a code from customer support. It works wells, compact compared to the larger version, and easy to use.

It unlocks at a different time than what the timer is set to. Seems like half of it approximately in my tests.Tried to get support from the Amazon order detail and the only options are self troubleshooting and nothing relates that to my problem.In any case, not reliable, if it doesn't keep correct track of time, I don't trust it.Returning.
