We bought this as an outdoor shower option, we live in a dry cabin and with COVID we can't go shower at our usual places (gym, the office). It worked really well for about two weeks, we got four showers out of it. Then it stopped working. The battery says its charged, but the pump doesn't turn on at all, doesn't seem to be receiving power. The return policy was quite short, with everything going on we weren't able to get it back to a UPS store (reduced hours) in the short window Amazon gave us. I suspect the problem is with the battery pack/on button, which hangs on the shower line but isn't itself entirely waterproof. Despite our best efforts something must have gotten wet and corroded quickly.

Me llegó precintada en su caja, pero la batería no admitía la carga, por lo que ni la pude estrenar.

This is an excellent product, very good pressure for the size, I have never had an issue with the battery charge and it recharges very fast. We use it in the lake to wash the dog and to shower at our cabin. Highly recommend.

Wow. This portable camp shower is excellent! It exceeded my expectations! I use a D-battery portable shower pump when boondock camping. It was already a great option. We boil a kettle of water and mix it 1/2 and 1/2 with cold water. So, when I saw this USB rechargeable portable camp shower, it wasn't something I had to have. I didn't purchase it for anything other than tech curiosity. The USB shower device we received IS NOT the one shown in the photo. At first, I was leary of the switch. The pump on one we received is shaped like mini soda can, so it slips into the opening of water containers easily. This design won me over in the end. When we camp, we're usually out for a week. We ran the USB shower first to see how they compared. With two adults, taking 3-gallon hot showers for roughly 8 minutes, twice a day, at a height of 6ft, my D-battery shower requires about three 4-packs of batteries each week of camping. That means in addition to the bladder, battery compartment, hose, head and utility kettle and heat source, I also have to lug batteries. The USB shower removes the battery compartment (which is integrated) and the batteries, but more importantly, one full charge lasted the entire week. In fact, it didn't appear to be slowing down after 8 days (16+ showers). To turn off my D-battery shower, I have to bend down to battery compartment, which is attached to a flexible water bladder. Out in nature, that gets messy and it's inconvenient. The USB shower has a push-button switch that easily can be hung on the walls of the privacy tent. So, the tech curiosity became a really great option. This USB shower became even more useful for cleaning up the dogs after a muddy run at the park - rinsing off the salt after scuba diving and washing off the sand at the beach. When it's not in use, it's part of our hurricane kit. The price point, the usefulness and the quality is spectacular. The only thing I have yet to determine is how long it will last, especially when sitting for extended periods with no use.

We are offgrid and have been using this as our primary shower for over a year. It is still running great, looks brand new, holds a charge forever, and is much better than the Zodi contraption I spent $150 on! I heat up 5 gallons of water on a propane burner and get a 20-30 minute shower out of it. Plenty of time even to wash my long hair and shave legs etc. Pressure is not super strong but is sufficient. The only thing I'd change is having an on/off control at the spray end. You have to reach into the water to turn it off. Love this little thing! Great for washing the dog too - he has super thick fur but this has enough pressure to rinse out all the suds. Takes about a gallon to wash him properly and he is a big dog. We've dropped this on concrete or in the tub a few times and the filter cover will pop off but otherwise no damage done at all.

Works as expected, just one issue. The on/off button is on the pump itself which is submerged in the water... If you are using this to shower or clean dishes etc and want to try to conserve water by turning the pump on and off that means you have to stick your soapy or dirty hand into the bucket of clean water which then gets the clean water dirty or soapy. Otherwise if you are using this for other things the pump lasts a long time on one charge. My family of 4 was able to take at least 2 showers each on one charge. The water pressure level is not awesome but it is what it is and I had read other reviews so I knew to expect it.

I bought this for myself as a Christmas present this year. I'm currently doing mission work in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Most people don't even have water - we have no potable water - let alone hot showers. While you'd think it wouldn't be necessary, it's not fun getting up every day or going to bed with only cold water for a shower and I never felt clean. This has been such a wonderful luxury. I bought a 4 gallon bucket here and warm a pot of water on the hot plate - only way to cook in my housing - and mix it with the cold water. The shower head is better than the cold shower head I have and the pump and motor have worked without fail. It's 'heaven in bucket' for me.

First unit we received failed to run after second use.Replacement held charge great and was able to function exceptionally well multiple times.Used it to fill my wash tubs while camping so I didn't have to lift heavy water bags or buckets.09/19/2016: Went to put in storage and made sure it was fully charged before hand. It went from red to blue, indicating it was charged, almost immediately. When we tested it the motor wouldn't run. Returned to Amazon. Unfortunately, I will not be buying this again. It is a great idea but is poorly created.

This little portable shower works great and will come in handy for camping. I have a solar bag that I used to heat water but it was to heavy to hang from the hook in the shower tent so this device will work perfect using a bucket that I empty the heated water in and then drop this device in the bucket and connect the shower head to the hook. I was surprised by the great stream of water by this little rechargeable device. This will make showering a breeze camping now. It can also be used for so many other purposes! Great product for the price!
