Pops rosin, nice and soft and tacky -grabs the strings. I'm not an expert on bowing, just get by enough to saw away at some jazz solos. I'm assuming my technique is awful but Pops and some coarse hair do the work for me.

Great bass rosin. It can be a little difficult to get it out of the container. Never leave it in a hot environment. Works great on the strings and is a premium product!
