I purchased this vacuum 4 month ago, it just stopped taking a charge. Called the company,they asked me to send a video so I did. I sent it via e-mail and text. Have heard nothing from anyone. I’ve also written an e-mail follow up,still nothing. So as a result I’ve had to purchase another (from another company). Now I’ve spent double the monies and have a working one but not from them. I would not recommend the company,the vacuum or their customer service . They obviously don’t care once they have your money

This vacuum sounds great, I had to return the first one, it just stopped working. The company was very good at customer service. The product itself, it vacuums up big items from your pool like leaves but when yo try to vacuum up dirt ( which we bought it for) it looks like it sucks the dirt right up but it really just churns it up making it look like it disappears when actually just disperses it in the water. The next day after it settles the dirt is right back, it is horrible for picking dirt up, the basket inside doesn't hold it, just leaks out. Would not buy again,

After reading many reviews of small pool vacuums, I decided to purchase the Yousky cordless handheld pool vacuum for my in ground gunite pool. Out of the water it is light, but once in the water it is a little bit heavy. The recharging time is fast ( 2.5 hours) and I am able to vacumm the entire bottom of my pool in about 20 minutes. The 18 gallons per minute suction is what caught my attention and a key point in my purchase. Really sucks up the loose leaves. Just take your time pushing it along the bottom. Not a race.I highly recommend that you take your time in pushing the vacumm across the bottom of the pool. I use my extension pole (16 foot) as my pool is deep and I am not able to walk around the entire pool. The small 69" inch extension pole provided works okay for the shallow end of the pool.The pool vacumm being a little bit heavy (when filled with water) you want to make sure you lift it to go over the pool main drains. You want to change direction, lift it and turn it to where you want to go, set it back on the pool bottom. You take your time. If you have a pile of leaves, lift the vacuum a little bit, set it over the leaves and let it suck them up slowly.To make sure you put the filter bag into the proper slot, I marked a black arrow on the bag and the side of the case inside. That way you get it lined up properly everytime.Also the clear plastic brush housing has a small arrow that matches with an arrow on the main casing. I marked that in black so they line up for easy assembly. That way when you twist the housing it locks properly.Communications with the Yousky Team is outstanding. They are available to answer any questions. I was able to extend my warranty to 1 years by email. Fast and easy. Extremely cooperative.Photos attached shows the bottom of the pool with leaves and then the pool being vacuumed and then clean. A photo of the leaf basket full of leaves. Easy to rinse out with a hose.A photo that shows my pool with the pebble tec bottom and artifical rocks on the bottom.I have a charging port in the garage where I hang the Yousky Vacuum and plug it in. Easy to recharge.Rinse out the unit when done, dry with a cloth. And hang to recharge.This Yousky vacumm is used 100% for the bottom of the pool. I have two large trees near the pool that drops leaves all the time. I do not have any tile along the sides. So I do not use this vacuum for cleaning the walls and tile. Just the floor of the pool.This vacumm replaces an old Pentair Legend In-Pool cleaner. It was always getting tangled and need parts all the time. A few minutes several times a week and I have a nice and clean pool.I stronglu recommend this pool vacuum.

I HAD TO GET A 2ND UNIT BECAUSE THE FIRST ONE I RECEIVED DID WORK STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX BUT WHEN I WENT TO USE IT A 2ND TIME WOULDN'T SUCK UP THE DIRT I TRIED EVERYTHING. FINALLY GOT ANOTHER ONE AND I HAVE USED IT TWICE SO FAR AND IT WORKS GREAT I SURE HOPE IT CONTINUES BECAUSE IT IS MUCH FASTER THAN HOOKING UP MY BIG HOSE TO THE SKIMMER ETC.!

I received the vacuum, I made sure it was charged. I took it outside to clean the pool. Ran it until the battery died or so I thought. Water was bubbling around the charge port. Waited til it was dry and plugged the charger in. It wouldn’t charge the vacuum. The charger works as long as it’s not plugged into the vacuum. The vacuum had 1 use. This was a huge waste of money. Don’t recommend it. It did get the dirt off the bottom of the pool. The charging issue is a huge issue. It makes a ticking sound now. The light would be red when I charged it the first time. Now it doesn’t light up until you unplug it. It sat in the charger all night never charged even a little bit…This company cares about their customers. I have no choice but to change my review. I had a faulty vacuum. It happens. They sent me a new one quick, everything works, the suction worked better than the one that just died on me. My water is crystal clear. It was just one of those things. I have to recommend them because it does work . I give credit where credit is due, I used the new one cleaned the pool ran it until it died then I still waited for the plug to be dry hooked it up and it works like a champ. It’s a really good vacuum.

The quality of this product is excellent! This small vacuum cleaner sucks up everything! I noticed that there wasn't any non-recyclable packaging in the package, which is something I've been looking for. The unboxing was fun and I should have gotten this a long time ago. Vacuum cleaner. Works great, you get what you pay for, this is a really great product. I use it all the time and believe it or not, it does work! It removes tons of debris from the bottom of the pool. I highly recommend this product. The cordless versatility is very handy and it's lightweight and easy to maneuver, even with one hand. It comes in handy. Recommended purchase.

I bought this vacuum in the hopes that it would work better than any of the others I have bought and returned.It did not disappoint. Cleaning my 24’ round above ground has been much easier with this vacuum. It’s easy to use and easy to clean and picks up anything in its pathI highly recommend this vacuum if you want to make your pool clean up easy. And the best part is you do not have to connect it to your filter.
