I got this for a surviving rosy red minnow after my beloved garter snake died. It's been simple to deal with, since the opening is large enough to easily fit my hand inside. It's pretty, and the pump for water changes has been handy. :)

So far it seems to hold up it's been through the dishwasher once, but the opening in the top is less than perfect. I use a filter for my Beta tank that runs daily four times at 10 minutes each . The only problem is getting it out in every other month to clean it and switch out the filter it's almost impossible to do this easily. It is even with this drawback way better than any plastic tank you can use. Never been a fan of a plastic tank in the water spots.

Love the design, the glass is thick so I’m not worried about it cracking. The opening at the top is large enough that I can fit my hand inside to wipe the sides clean.Goldie seems to love it, too!
