I bought a house that had one of these in the sink. However, after 3 years it was looking a little seedy and in need of replacement. So glad I found these on Amazon. Everyone with a garbage disposal should get one of these.

Easy to empty, easy to use. I have one in each sink. To think my first one cost $.75. Now saw one at Home Depot for $21.00.

Works perfectly and when it needs cleaning we just use a veggie brush and a bit of detergent on both sides. Can't imagine using any other sort. Been using this type for more than 10 years and glad that one company makes them and that Amazon still stocks them. We just moved and left our old ones for the lucky new owner of our former house.

It's simple. It's sturdy. It works. I keeps things out of the disposer that you don't want in the disposer. Like your flatware. Also handy when working with foods you don't want in there, like onion skins, tomato peels and so forth. So simple. So handy.

It's OK . It's just a piece of plastic. Could be a little wider. Just need to get everyone to keep it in place then clean it.
