I like the size of the product. It fits my hand perfectly. It's not that big, I can strap it on my belt or along with my key chain. It's easy to grasp and not too big, so it's concealable in some instances. I'm not sure about the quality, as I have not used it yet. The instructions on how to set it up is straightforward. I downloaded their free app and was able to connect it to my phone right away. If you don't purchase the premium, you are allowed to add two emergency contacts.

It’s great and love the features however I wish the magnetic holder was retractable instead because it keeps falling!!! I know it’s made that way for easy detachment when in use but a retractable one would work just fine I changed it and it’s so much better!!!

As a retired police officer and law enforcement trainer I think this is just about the perfect product for self-defense. I have long said pepper spray is a great tool and the addition of the siren and light makes it even better. The addition of text and phone call notifications are just a bonus in the event this is deployed. The only trick to having pepper spray is that it must be in your hand if you are in a situation where there is any possibly you need to use it. Carry it in your hand! If it's in a purse or pocket it won't do you much good. Hopefully my wife never needs this, but it makes me feel better that she has it available.
