Two Installation Methods

Mittlerweile befinden sich in meiner Sammlung schon gut ein halbes dutzend Controller als limited Versionen und da ich zu den Wahnsinnigen gehöre die sie auch nutzen und nicht nur im Karton in Schutzhülle irgendwo als traurige Wertanlage vergammeln lasse brauchte ich eine Möglichkeit sie schön zu präsentieren. Bei mir halten auch die Klebepads. Hier ist vor allem die Unterlage ausschlaggebend. Gerade z.B. an einem glatten Regal hält es Bombe!

I mounted them to the wall using the sticky backing but then thought better of it (my walls are painted over like a million times so the paint can easily peel right off) and screwed them in as well. I screwed one into a stud and another into just the drywall (there was unfotunately no studs available where I wanted to put it), so if anything I expect the one in the stud to stay there until I take it out myself but I’ll keep an eye on the one that’s merely in drywall just in case.They're plastic, so they have some give to them when folded out, but it's not unstable or anything. If you were to put your weight on it, of course it would snap, but if you use it for it's intended use it won’t be a problem.One gripe I do have is just that the “textured surface” is only plastic. While I knew this going into purchasing it and so I’m not going to cry wolf about false advertising, I can’t help but acknowledge that it would benefit tremendously from having inlaid rubber pads instead of textured plastic. It would ensure that the controller would not slip whatsoever unless truly knocked off the mount.If anything changes, I’ll update this review. But so far it’s worked like a charm and looks very nice even when folded up.

Easy to install, sturdy enough for our purpose. These hold up our controller and gaming headphones neatly behind our end table. Keep the headphone cord off the floor and out of the way of the vacuum.

I bought two packs of these as I enjoy storage solutions. While they are decent I have had two fail after less than 12 hours. While I could use the included screws I do not want to add more holes to my walls. This would be far better if the adhesive was something else. I will be replacing the adhesive on the back of these with command strips to see how much better these can get.I am updating this to reflect my experience after two of these failed. I have placed command strips on the back and that has kept them from falling off the wall for the one I had an issue with. The seller was very helpful and kind. This would be a five star product if the adhesive didn’t fail. However I have changed this to four stars to reflect how I feel now they are more secure. If this was solely a review of the seller though it would be six out of five. When I inevitably end up with more controllers I will be buying this product again.

Took forever after buying to ship but they are pretty sweet. Used the adhesive mount for the one my controller sits on and screws for the headset. Didn't feel the need to use the anchors that came with. Painted the top one because I was bored lol. Would buy again
