I was so excited to see a game controller phone mount that doesn't rely on springs, something to replace my MOGA mount. Even better that it promises a magnetic mount, something that shouldn't randomly break without replacement parts.I've seen other reviews where it comes in a neat box not a plain cardboard box that says "new" and that the others... work. Mine came in two pieces without an instruction manual to attach the magnetic part. It should be obvious but wasn't right away, had to unscrew the lock all the way to get the ball in the joint. The magnetic part would not stick to either of my phone cases, my phone itself would stay if I never picked up the controller or the phone. Ten minutes after unboxing, my excitement has gone from a 10 to -5. No point holding on to two mounts I can't use, at least I can return this one.

Works well with the Pro controller, and the Magsafe is a nice addition. It works directly with a naked iPhone or with a Magsafe case. The magnets are strong enough to hold the iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it doesn't get in the way of the controller buttons.It's a simple accessory that works. I recommend it.

This item worked as expected and held both my phone and my controller securely, but:After attaching the phone and the controller this device is very heavy.Became difficult to hold for even short games.Balance also made it difficult to use/ hold.Magnets held my phone stronglyController clip held my Switch controller tightlyNo issues with the items quality or construction.

I’m so over the spring loaded phone/tablet/switch holders. I LOVE the magnetic mounting. It’s just so nice and easy to use. They even include a magnetic ring for you to attach on your favorite device that doesn’t have built-in magsafe. I appreciate that! Make sure to read the instructions so you can properly use this! Very sad you cannot use this with third party controllers. I would have loved to use this with my super cute and pink Mytrix controller. But it does work perfectly and securely snaps onto the official Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. Really comfortable to use and play with either your phone or your Switch. That’s honestly the only thing holding this back. No flexibility. If there is a version of this on the market that is adjustable to work with all the different third party controllers AND has the magnetic mounting ability this one would be going into the trash immediately lol. So keep that in mind before wasting money on this!

The product's labeling and branding were well done, which is essential for creating a memorable brand identity. However, there seems to be a discrepancy between the labeling on the product and the packaging. The product is labeled as compatible with the Switch Pro controller, while the packaging indicates that it is for Xbox. This inconsistency could potentially confuse consumers. It does work in both Xbox and switch controllers though.The materials utilized in this product are fairly standard, neither exceptionally cheap nor premium in feel. It fits securely on my i-Blason Armorbox case for the S24 Ultra, thanks to its powerful magnets. Additionally, a magnetic ring is included for devices or cases that lack MagSafe compatibility, ensuring a secure hold. While the ring's thickness may be seen as both an advantage and a disadvantage, it does convey a sense of quality. However, it may prevent your phone from fitting back into its case.Generally speaking, these types of mounts feel very uncomfortable to use. It's just my personal preference though. If you use a smaller phone or a lighter phone, this might work for you. However, for me, this is one of the most uncomfortable way to play as the s24 ultra is quite heavy.Overall, I'm satisfied of how this product is made. I'm not omitting a star just because I don't find this type of playing to be comfortable. You decide. If this is your thing, go for it. It is well-crafted.

With the emergence of the Delta app in the app store I imagine these will be in high demand. This phone mount is very convenient due to the MagSafe connection. Unless you plan on using the same Switch Pro controller between your Switch and Phone, you can leave the mount installed and simply snap your phone onto it. Otherwise it does obstruct the pairing button, so you'll have to take it off to pair. Thankfully this is really easy to do, and it holds pretty firmly so I don't worry that it will accidentally come off. There's also a cutout so you can see the green LEDs on the bottom of the controller while installed.It fits the Switch Pro controller the best but I also managed to mount it to an Xbox One and Stadia controller (Stadia is moot though since it doesn't actually connect to iOS.) It doesn't work with a PS5 controller at all.Whether or not this is better than a Backbone-style controller is probably up to personal preference and budget. But for the price I think it's worth having to throw in a backpack or always have handy. 3rd party controllers have been getting much better in recent years; but often they don't match up to a 1st party/OEM controller in their D-pads and/or button feel.

Works great, string magnet, feels a bit cheap. Latch is decent. Does the job.
