I like the watch. But the charging port is seriously flawed. I don't know why they don't use an ordinary USB port. Their own creation falls out repeatedly, and I have to really work hard to get the watch charged. I've already replaced the charger cable several times, trying to find a solution. It's just an extremely poor design. The cord doesn't stay in!!! This is especially problematic because 1) the watch discharges after a couple of days; and 2) it takes at least 90 minutes to charge the watch. Even the slightest nudge dislodges the chord. If you're going to reinvent the wheel, at least make your proprietary solution as good as the alternative.

This is my 3rd garmin! 1st one was stolen, second still works 245 music. This is my favorite of the 3. It seems to acquire signal faster and its very light!

Never take it off (except about once a week to charge). Charging is fast. Great stats. Lots of sports. Previously had a Fitbit Versa 2 for two years. It was good in the pool until they stopped a lot of swim tracking features. This was 3x the price, but is well worth it. Open water gps was amazing to see on a map. Pool stats are fun and there are more than I could ever need. My only issue is Bluetooth to headphones cuts out pretty frequently even when just walking, but have only paired one headset, so it might not be the watch. Love this and i hope it lasts.

I love the forerunner 165 after upgrading from the 45. Very accurate and I love all the features.
