CP1500 Photo Printer
The CP1500 is an excellent compact photo printer with professional results. We pre-configure these right out of the box to print 2" x 2" US Passport Photos.
Kodak AZ405 Camera
Kodak is an icon in photography, which is why we chose their camera when building the passport system. We have a guide on the back to line up your shot and the camera is pre-configured to take the perfect passport photo!
2x2 US Passport Photo Cutter
The deluxe system comes with a photo cutter that trims your photo to 2" x 2". This cutter is much quicker and more accurate than using a pair of scissors.

I use this set up for my passport office and at the beginning the only issue i had was that the battery dies so fast. the Batteries are AA batteries and if you don't turn it off right after your will have to change the batteries again. I ended up buying 8 rechargeable batteries so 4 can charge while I used the other 4.After a few months I noticed the colors on the printer would be off. To explain, it prints yellow first, then magenta, then cyan. After yellow prints the magenta would be slightly off, and then cyan would be slightly off so the photo would come out looking blurred or almost have this 3D looking affect (like you need those red and blue glasses to see the 3D image). So I would change out the cartridge and it would go back to normal. However the cartridge is not cheap.After a year of having it once I plug the camera in to print the photo the printer screen would stop popping up the que to print the image and would freeze. I would try to turn it off and nothing happens so I would unplug the entire thing and start over. Also, the camera started giving me more issues. I would put in freshly charged batteries, take a photo and when I would do take another photo the screen would go black (sometimes white). I would push the power button to turn it off and on again and you can hear the lens focus and unfocus but nothing would pop up on the screen. I would push the button to see the previous image and it would pop up but going back to take another photo would go back to black. I would change the batteries to the batteries I just changed (would have been on the charger for more than 3 minutes) and the camera would work again for 1-2 pictures and then give me issues again.Not worth the price if you are going to have to replace it every year.

The package includes everything you need to take and print passport photos except for a cable to conect the camera to the printer. After ordering the cable, everything works great! Prints wonderful photos very fast.

When I take the photo the background is white, photo looks great, when I print it the background change color, sometimes is yellowish, sometimes pink, sometimes half yellow and half pink, terrible quality of printer, for the price I was expecting to receive a great printer (I paid almost $700) if you buy it separate printer cost $100 and camera around $150, I paid $700 for something that its worth $300 stay away from this....

Camera started draining the batteries so quickly that by the time we took the photo and plug the unit in to print the photo the batteries were already dead making the camera virtually useless. Would recommend a replacement contract if you decide to purchase. Up until then it was very easy to use and the rest of the system worked as advertised.
