The selling point for this scoop versus one I had before is the walls on the side of the scoop, which make for a deep "bowl" to hold plenty cubes without them spilling over & out. Fine for filling glasses and far better than most for filling a pitcher, ice bucket, etc. Makes it plain the smaller aluminum scoops, although shiny & all, are really for using IN ice buckets for just a few cubes, otherwise, spillage. Build is solid and fits nicely in the hand. Perfect for my usage.

This is a perfect scoop for pet food. I ordered it because we now have three hungry rescue cats and that are always crying for food. This scoop gives them plenty and I don’t have to make a million trips back and forth to the food bin from their bowls. I love it!
