This custom-made electric tool consists of prongs attached to a driver drill. (Prongs are removable.)
To use, drape a side of your triangle dough piece over the prongs and press the right-or-left button (according to which side of the triangle you're standing to) to roll the triangle into a croissant.

It basically works like a drill. It has forward and backward motion, this way you can create your Rugelach from any direction. Once you get the hang of it it’s really easy to use and makes beautiful professional looking croissants or Rugelach .
