- Place the pizza stone to the oven or the grill,preheat to 500 ℉. (Whisper it, this is the key step to getting a crispy bottom.)
- Dust the Pizza peel with flour and transferthe pizza to the Pizza peel. (This prevents the bottom of the pizza from sticking to the Pizza Peel)
- Transfer the pizza to the pizza stone, close the oven and begin baking.
- Just wait for the baking time to finish and you'll have a hot and sizzling pizza! (I usually like to bake for 12-15 minutes for the best tasting pizza!)
- To clean it, just use the included scraper to remove any food residue and then rinse with water to dry. There is no need to use any soap or detergent~~~ because not only will it ruin the best condition of the pizza grilling stones, we may also have a soap-flavored pizza : (

This is a nice selection of things to prepare a pizza and the pizza comes out very tasty. Having said that, the board is really heavy, at least for me. It cleans easily and I would recommend it.

I used to bake bread for years, but haven't in quite some time. So I had to replace all my stuff. The metal pizza peel is so much better then the wood, will definitely last longer and stay cleaner. Also easier to use it to remove hot loaves from the oven, the wood was too thick.The cooking stone works amazingly. Love the design more then the round ones. Easy to clean and overall just makes fitting 2 loaves easier saving time.The pizza cutter is well made, seems heavy duty and a nice option for cutting pizzas. Won't have a loose wonky wheel with this design either, so expect a much longer life span.The whole kit was amazing and would highly recommend to others.
