I have a weber smokey mountain with a hanging system. I bought these to do various things, the first thing I did was chicken thighs. I boned and skinned the thighs and out a piece of bacon between to keep it from drying out. Around 155 degrees pulled them and wrapped in foil with sauce and finished in my air fryer. The smokey taste was up front and very good. I'd recommend these just just to do chicken thighs. Im excited to make aomething else.

Stainless steel, heavy duty. Many uses for example; shishkabobs, baked potatoes, pork loins, chicken, tacos pastor etc, etc. Love my PBC
