Really nice single skewers that are perfect for just about any kind of kebob. They also have a piece that can be squeezed to push food off the end of the skewer without having to use your hands or any other utensils. And that's the caveat - it only works fairly well. It doesn't slide as well as it should making things just a bit more difficult than expected. Still, these are nice and a good value. Recommended.

I grill a ton - like daily from early spring to late fall - and kabobs are my go-to. Where else can you load up multiple meats, and tons of veggies all in one - it is a complete meal on a stick. :-) The set I have was beginning to rust, and the black coating was starting to flake off. This is concerning, so I was thrilled when I found this stainless steel set. First of all, they are heavy-duty steel, so they will resist rust and corrosion and will last for years. Second, the point is sharp so it easily pierces the meat/vegetables, and the stick is flat, so they go on much more easily and smoothly. Lastly, it has a convenient push bar to easily unload the skewer after cooking. The listing says the handles do not get hot when cooking, but mine most certainly do get hot (and yes, I burned my fingers checking), so I don't know what they are talking about. The skewers are a little shorter than my previous set - these are 15" (my old set was 18"), and you get 8 in a package (my old set had 10). That said, the quality of these makes up for being a little shorter. I average about 8 ounces of meat and half a cup of cut vegetables on each skewer, so it is more than adequate.
