The Stainless Steel cups are a good size for either food or water and are held on a cage with the included clamp holders. They come in a 5 pack and will work for budgies all the way up to Macaw size.The Perches on the other hand are best suited for smaller birds, but our Amazon parrot did manage to fit on one of them when we attached it temporarily next to one of the water dishes. They (the perches) would be perfect for budgies or cockatiel-sized birds.For larger birds, we would recommend putting a little larger perch next to the stainless steel food or water cups to give a medium or large sized parrot such as an African Gray, Amazon or Macaw parrot a bit more room for his or her feet.Either way, they are both well-made and affordable. The stainless steel dishes hold very tight to the cage wires and can be checked periodically just to make sure they are properly seated on the cage wire.We are very pleased with these products, feel they are safe and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have a senegal parrot (relatively small parrot) and these are great for him. I am thinking about buying a second set just for the extra bowls. I like to put a variety of different foods in his cage so having a lot of flexibility is helpful. The way the"bowl hanger" attaches isn't the best - but it works for my purposes.

I rescued some birds and had to take care of themThese were very sturdy dishes, and they fit perfectly in the cageThe only problem is, they start to rust very easyWhich could be very well my fault for washing them daily

Fantastic deal for the set. I got two sets, as I have two large bird cages, and they work wonderfully. I have a food bowl, water bowl, and veggie bowl for each and the removability is great! Only complaint would be that no matter how tight you make it, it's relatively easy to twist some of the rings, which a few of my naughtier birds figured out. But you could probably rig it to where it's less of an issue, I just haven't attempted to.The perches are a great bonus. I put them high up along with their water bowl, so that they only have to stand on them when getting water. This helps file their nails without having them step on the rough perch too often. If I get another bird/cage, I'll definitely be buying another set! Heck, might get some for my rats, too.

The bowls are just fine, easy to clean, fit well in the rings. The problem is that the attachment point is quite small and the metal flange is thing, so I'm not sure how long it will last. These bowls were purchased for my larger parrots -- an African Grey & an Amazon -- and it was hard to get them to fit the cage bar width (they seem to be made for small budgie or cockatiel cages, not bigger cages with wider caliber bars). I jury-rigged it to make it work and so far, so good. I just wish they had more sturdy/larger attachment points that fit larger parrot cage bars.

This item is not suitable for smaller birds like cockatiels, buggies as described by seller!Bowls are huge! It will take up your entire cage… and not returns or exchanges! Buyer beware.
