Great tool, built well, but u need space to use it or it's useless. It just wont fit in the space between bottom of carb and engine to make the adjustment. Many motorcycles from all years are like this and u need a special tool like this to make the adjustment. Make sure u have plenty of space, a lot of motorcycles have things mounted in the way and that's why u need this. Built to big, would work on older bikes with space to use it.

This is a very useful pilot screw adjustment tool. After I received the product, I couldn't wait to adjust my carburetor screws. He was able to operate friendly in that small operating space. My carburetor screw was very tight to begin with, so I put some lube on the screw to make it easier to loosen. Because the head of the carburetor adjustment tool is relatively small, I was worried that it would be fragile, but after I did this, there was no problem with the head of the product, which perfectly solved the problem I needed to solve! This is hands down the best product ever!

Bought this to adjust the pilot screw on a 4 wheeler I’m working on for a friend. Wasn’t even through my first use of it and it broke. The handle inside the tube is attached to a spring which allows the ends to turn. The spring came out of the handle. Needed to get the job done so I had to get out the soldering stuff and just solder the spring to the Handel and use some heat shrink to get through the job. Not very impressed with the quality of the tool.

Tool appears to be well constructed. However, will not fit between engine case and carburetor on 2009 Kawasaki KLX250s. Will keep and use on other projects.

This is the most handy tool. If you work on carbs on any motor sports vehicle, this is a must have.
